TERRIBLE! Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with Heritage Home Maintenance. I contacted John Ingram to do some roof repairs on my home. Upon receiving a quote I requested a few additional repairs. John agreed and told me he would revise the quote and begin the roof work the following week. He NEVER SHOWED UP to do the work, no call, nothing. I called him to find out what happened and John told me the job was too little money to be worth his time. I contacted another roofing company and they completed the job the next day for cheaper than the quote I received from Heritage Home Maintenance. NOT PROFESSIONAL, VERY UNRELIABLE. more

High quality work at reasonable rates. No unexpected costs or quality issues. Also very reliable on schedule of jobs. Crew leaves property clean with no cigarette butts about. I will be using John for future upgrades and will recommend Heritage Home Maint. to friends and neighbors. more

John, the main contractor, was very easy to talk with. He understood exactly what I needed done and noticed a few other problems that could be fixed inexpesnively while the crew was here. The crew was very respectful of the occupants and the pets around the house. The work was done quickly and professionally. All of the paint work matched. The roof repair is practically invisible. The cleanup was done completely. It was like they were never here. Thanks John! more

John and his crew did a AWESOME job on removing and replacing my Hardiplank and painting my house. My house looks new again. Crew was always on time, friendly and they did a great job. I will give them a call when I need anything done. John is a local business man in Cumming, GA and that is great for our community.. :) more

While painters were working on our Dining Room, they discovered deteriorated wood. We were in a hurry to get it repaired so as not to delay the painters...and Heritage came out the SAME DAY to assess the work and costs. A contract was drawn-up...we signed...and one of their top carpenters was on-site early the next morning! Troy was extremely courteous and professional...care was evident in every detail of his work. NO SUPRISES! We have owned homes for 30 years and have NEVER had better service! We recommend Heritage to everyone who wants quality repairs at a reasonable price. Prior to contacting Home Heritage, we had contacted several different roofing contractors to come out to give us an estimate on replacing our roof. The estimates we received ranged all the way from $4,000 to $9,500. We couldn't understand the huge difference in the prices and all but one of the contractors (Heritage Home) didn't seem to want to take the time to explain their prespective estimates to us. We were leery and stressed out over the whole process. Pros: Great Price, Great Quality, Great Attitude! more

My experience with Heritage Home Maintenance was extremely frustrating. They made and broke a number of promises, communication was erratic, and the quality of their work was unprofessional. Worst of all, after 8 weeks and four visits, my roof still leaks. I am out of pocket $1,400.00 and my only option now is small claims court. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Owner John Ingram lied to me, blatantly and repeatedly. Cons: Poor workmanship. Broken promises. Erratic communication. more
