Heritage Glen Apartments

Management is very unprofessional! Maintenance will take 4 weeks or more to fix a minor issue in your home. You will have to call and remind them numerous times to fix whatever the issue is. Also, they have rodents, we found 3 MICE in my apartment, they took over a week to remove them from my apartment! I had to call/email everyday to resolve this issue! I have never lived in an apartment building that had rodents. Also, insect issues that I called about numerously and never was resolved. The apartments look nice on the outside, but it is not worth the hassle. I have had by far the worst living experience here! more

This community was perfect under Crawford Management; fast fixes to issues and courteous staff. Now, it is run by Springtime Property management and their staff are rude, condescending, and they have been nickle and dimming their residents ever since. I have been here for over a year and although they advertise that the rent for my unit is $599 per month, I pay $697 and they refuse to give me the listed rate. I am glad to be leaving; they do not take care of maintenance which is evident by the crumbling decks and patios which are in no other terms simply unsafe yet nothing is being done. i have had nothing but attitude and rudeness from Jerry Lin, Toby, and Bethany; they will be sweet as honey when you ask about renting, but will treat you like dirt once you are locked into a contract. Never had these problems when Crawford owned the place. BTW, when I bring up issues where they are violating my lease, they claim that Crawford did not give them any records to be able to assist or address the issue. How do you sell an apartment complex yet not turn over records of the tenants? you don't, just more BS from Spring Management. more

We rented during the first year that they were open, the apartment was brand new and awesome! The rent was reasonable but for what we paid we could have found more space elsewhere. The management was good and quick to respond if there were any problems. The location is good providing quick access to 270 and even 71. I would recommend one of the back wooded lots with a private balcony. more
