My recent visit 8/5/2011

Hi there, I've been a patient of Dr. Lin for more than 10 years and always love Dr. Lin and his staff. As usual, my recent visit experience is good. The only thing I have a question is about changing to another assistant for polishing after my cleansing was done. It's understandable of the waiting time when one part of work done before another begins. But why cleaning and polishing need to involve multiple persons? I don't know if this is a new regular routine or just my particular case since I'd continue the work for my crowns after cleansing. Thanks for asking the feedback and listening to patients. more

It was well handled. Lyn, the hygienist was great, so with her assistant, Lourdes. Lyn made me feel a lot less anxious with how she provided information on everything that was taking place in my procedure. I would love for her to do my future appointments. more

Excellent dental care and service 7/20/2011

My son went into to have his teeth cleaned and had xrays. Dentist noticed that he had an impacted molar and wisdom teeth that needed to be removed. He also recommended an orthodontist consult because his upper jaw is too narrow and causing his teeth to not grow in properly. They are overcrowded. The dentist explained everything and the staff called the orthodontist and got us in within an hour. They also will pull the wisdom teeth within 2 weeks. Awesome service and follow through.I highly recommend Dr. Douglas Lin and his entire staff. They are always friendly and helpful. more

Review of front office staff for Sunday 17th. 7/19/2011

Hello, I had an appointment on Sunday the 17th. The dentist and the RDA who was working on my tooth were great. But the RDA who was working front office was very rude. As I was getting my tooth worked on, she kept coming in and asking when were going to be done. When the dentist went to another room, she came in again and asked the RDA when the procedure was going to be done. The RDA replied "We still have to seal the tooth", the office person then replied with a large sigh. I looked at the RDA and said she's being very rude and I don't appreciate that. Her response was "That's how she acts when she's hungry". It doesn't matter if your hungry or not, in a professional office, everyone should be professional at all times. Also, she came into the room not once, but twice to ask if she could charge my card. Like the first time I responded, I'll wait until I'm done, because I didn't want her to go through my purse. I will only return because I like my dentist and RDA, but I don't want her assisting the dentist on my next appointment. I'm not comfortable with her around me. Thank you, Lori Oberg more

Best dentist I've ever been to 7/14/2011

I don't have insurance and haven't been to a dentist in about a year. Found Hercules Dental Care online with great ratings so I figured I'd pay them a visit. The person cleaning my teeth gave me a very detailed run down on the condition of my teeth/mouth, and what I needed to do to keep it in good condition. I've been to over 5 dentist in about 5 years and this was the only place where someone actually went into detail with why flossing is important. Not only does it get rid of plaque, if done correctly, it promotes good gums and bones that hold your teeth. Maybe most people don't care for the detail but I did, and I appreciated their time. Comprehensive dental restoration 7/14/2011

I first came in with an emergency situation needing an extraction. Xrays and exam revealed a much more extensive need, mainly pulling all teeth and doing implant program. A shock for sure, but otherwise the problem would continue till corrected anyway. I appreciate your working with me on a cash basis for each appointment till the work is done. Gloria is so very helpful explaining everything to me as we go! more

I was having extreme pain and needed a Dentist asap, I had called several Dentist and Hercules got me in the same day. I had a bad infection and they performed the root canal right then! Everybody was so nice! I would def recommed them! more

When I first went into the office everyone was nice.The girls who cleaned my teeth were very friendly. However, I didn't feel as though I was helped properly when it came to the dentist. The dentist looked at my X-Rays, but didn't do anything to help me. I left that place with just cleaned teeth, no fillings or anything!which was my main reason for going to the dentist... It sucks because overall I really thought I would like my experience there. more

Last dental chek~up 6/14/2011

I wuz in recently w/daughter Hannah & wuz seen by not 1 but 3 employee'z! I felt very well cared 4 & wuz out in tyme 4 gurlz swim practice az requested! I still haven't heard bak on future work need'd done on my teeth az far az a quote! Pleez respond bak with that asap if someone could I'd very much appreciate! Luv my Dentist! more

Fullynot satisfied.. 6/9/2011

Needs further explanation for $58.00 worth.. just cleaning..no x-rays..nothing else done.. and technician was very slow..could hardly hear what she was saying..Used to $10.00 only and for cleaning then...there was no pay.. almost an hour for this kind of work.. more
