Let me tell you what, this court and the prosecuter for child support, is a man hater. I know this because my husband had a court date for 2 children he has with another female, well, he always attends every court date, misses work ALL day to be there, pays his support on time every time, but this last time he missed, why?...Well because his mother died. I think that is a good enough reason not to attend. They are throwing the book at him. It amazes me for the fathers that Do have a REAL job, and DO want to be a part of their kids life that they are the ones that get the crappiest treatment. If you need child support...move to another county and try it else were cause this county is pathetic!!!
