This was our second try at Hennesseys. Same waitress/bartender (upstairs), she doesnt know what in the world she is doing. Last time my wife and I were there she charged us too much, when we pointed it out she made a stink about it. We were there again last night, the waitress downstairs was nice, but they were packed. She said they are still serving food and drinks upstairs too, full menu. The same waitress as our last time says, she will not serve us food, ""go back down"". When we explained she said that she would order w/kitchen but she cant serve...?. My wife asked for a Mojito, she said she was out of lime. Mind you there were atleast 6 to 7 people at the bar drinking Mojitos and there were plenty to limes sitting in front of her that she continued to serve to people ordering shots. 45 minutes no food, when we went up to her to ask, she looked right through me as if she couldnt see me...I guess the manager needs to go upstairs once in a while. This good for nothing bartender/waitress...watch out for her. She is a brunette with bleached blonde front locks....She is horrible
