Golld digging service manager Hendrick Hyundai 12/19/2013

The service manager at Hendrick Hyundai is only worried about how many extended service warranties he can sell instead of fixing what is actually wrong with the car. He wanted to charge $117 for a diagnostic when a simple search on the internet revealed was a systemic problem with a simple fix. I have been happy with my Hyundai. However the service department at Hendrick is a sham run by money grubbers and as a result I will think twice about buying another Hyundai. more

Amazing service 12/10/2013

Walked in w/o appointment, due to leaking/loss of power steering. Though the shop was very busy, Barry Kramer saw us immediately, determined the car was unsafe to drive, and scrambled to find a loaner car. We were there no more than 20 minutes, and most of that time was waiting on the fax of my insurance card. more

Hendrick did a great job on my recent service visit. The car had been recalled for an axle problem. Hendrick's staff called to advise of the recall, scheduled a time when they would have the part, got me right in and completed the work as promised. I can't say enough about the friendliness, courtesy and professionalism of their service department staff. more

Superior service and quality work product ! 11/8/2013

As a woman who knows relatively little about the mechanics of a car, it is comforting to have a Service Dept. like Hendrick Hyundai handle the needs of my vehicle. I live out of state but when I come to Charleston, I have all of my oil changes and routine maintenance handled by Hendrick's. Right from scheduling my appointment to dealing with the service reps, it is a smooth and pleasant experience. I always feel that the service charges are fair, explained to me fully and done right the first time. Thanks Hendrick Hyundai for exceeding my expectations with your fine staff and service ! more
