Awesome Collision Center 11/14/2020

Had a motorcycle run up under my vehicle and did mechanical damage (rider was knocked off by another car and the bike hit me). Even though it was mechanical damage my insurance company (Travelers) wanted me to take it to one of there approved shops. That was fine by me as I have had positive experiences with other Hendrick dealerships. Once there they determined the steering was damaged and had to replace all the mechanical parts to bring it back to specs. Matt was my service advisor and kept me informed throughout the process and dealt with the insurance company. I hope I don't ever need a body shop again but I was very happy with my experience here. more

Wonderful Service 11/12/2020

Ryan Asencio is my go to professional. Call it tough luck or just life, I have brought my brand new gmc truck in twice in six months for accidents that were out of my hands. Ryan helped me from start to finish, even providing advice on the best way to work with insurance to ensure an appropriate end product. This group has exceeded my expectations and it is more than clear that they care about the service they provide. Communication was always positive and timely and focused on doing the job right the first time.
