Review content:
Had a motorcycle run up under my vehicle and did mechanical damage (rider was knocked off by another car and the bike hit me). Even though it was mechanical damage my insurance company (Travelers) wanted me to take it to one of there approved shops. That was fine by me as I have had positive experiences with other Hendrick dealerships. Once there they determined the steering was damaged and had to replace all the mechanical parts to bring it back to specs. Matt was my service advisor and kept me informed throughout the process and dealt with the insurance company. I hope I don't ever need a body shop again but I was very happy with my experience here.
