The most UNPROFESSIONAL staff I have EVER come across. I was looking for a Homeowners policy; I called this office and asked if they were open on Saturday, the woman who answered the phone stated they were, until 1230. When I arrived on Saturday I was THEN told that they were only open for limited services (basically just payments), something that should have been mentioned when I called. I then asked what I needed to bring with me to purchase a policy, between the two women at the front desk, they couldn't figure it out. Apparently I had interrupted their conversation and they couldn't be bothered. This morning(Mon) I called in the hope of speaking to someone who might be able to answer a basic question, no such luck. The same woman who I spoke to on Sat answered the phone and gave me an attitude because of her incompetence on Saturday. I asked to speak to her supervisor and was put on hold for over 5 minutes. I called back and ""the boss"" answered the phone and didn't even identify himself, I see where the wonderful customer service skill set developed from. At this point I hung up; it shouldn?t be this difficult to give a company my money. In the worst recession since the depression one would think companies would want to attract and retain customers, apparently this is not the case with Help U Insure. Thankfully there are over 120 insurance companies in the local phonebook and it didn't take long to find one that wanted the business.
