Worst

I was very disappointed in the body work done to my car here. I probably could have gone to some no-named shop and had better work done. My insurance does work through them though...

If, - God forbid - you are ever in a car accident, DON'T take your car to Helfman Ford's body shop. Our car has been there almost FOUR weeks on a job we were originally told would take two. Sadly, they can't even seem to come up with a good excuse for the delays. We've received the same one 4 times in a row ... ""Infinity sent us the wrong parts"". \r SERIOUSLY? \r FOUR TIMES? \r Not once have they offered a different explanation or taken any responsibilities for the delays. I tried speaking to a manager, but their standard response is to point out my ignorance in the fine details of their work. \r I guess customer service goes out the window when the insurance check is in hand. more

Horrible Body Shop 7/10/2013

I was very disappointed in the body work done to my car here. I probably could have gone to some no-named shop and had better work done. My insurance does work through them though, so I had no choice. First off, they took WAY longer than expected. The had the date set for 2 weeks after I brought my car in and when that 2 weeks after came, the date was changed to the next week. I assume this happened because they are lazy and since it was through insurance they didn't even try getting it done sooner. They also put a crack in my windshield, which they claim was there before and a microscopic invisible "rock" had started it. I now have to go through my insurance again to get this taken care of, which takes up even more of my time and money. They also failed to mention this crack until AFTER I paid for my car. I brought in my damaged car to get FIXED and then I received a damaged car back. I really did expect more from Ford, but maybe it was just this location that has horrible body shop w more

Good Service and Repair Work! 5/17/2012

Thanks to the folks at Helfman Ford Body Shop, particularly Sheana Perry and Scott Tanner, for the repairs made to my Ford Explorer. These folks were friendly and businesslike, the body work was very good and the car was returned to me on time, as promised. Having the Enterprise Rental agency in the building next door is very convenient. more

Great Service Department 7/28/2005

They have a good selection of vehicles and are fair on their pricing. The salesmen are not pushy and will follow-up with you later without being annoying. And they are not condescending to women shoppers! If you are in the market for a Ford, try them. more

A great car buying experience 7/21/2005

This is the place to get your car. From the moment we walked into the door unitl the moment we got in our new car, we were treated with appreciation and respect. There was no haggling, no confusion, no long waits. Everything went smoothly. The dealers there seem to be very close and get along well with each other.
