It was just we asked Heirloom Oriental Rug Cleaning to do a job, and they did it. They came out and they did it, they were very helpful, they did the work on the rug in ample time, and they did a good job with it. more

My situation was I inherited my parents' oriental rugs, and they were filled with animal urine, dog stains, and stuff. I had called around and taken the rugs to another cleaning service. They tried really hard and gave it 100-percent, but they failed. And I was on the brink of having to throw them away because the smell just stinks and grows and never goes away. I was up at midnight online thinking of what to do with my parents' rugs. It was an emotional issue because they had passed away. Then I found this website online for Heirloom, and they said that they guarantee pet stain soil will be removed. I was relieved but skeptical because I had already spent hundreds over the past three months. I called the owner, and he was very affirming. He guaranteed the work. Then I talked to the manager, who quoted me a price that was less than that of the original work. So yeah, I took the rugs up to them, and viola, they did what they said they would, and I got the rugs back clean. more

We had a needlepoint, vegetable dye rug, hand made, 5x8. Bought at a local estate sale, estimate 25 years old. Picked up after about 1 week. more

I called Heirloom Oriental after watching their video online. Their service was very professional and their deliveries were on time as scheduled. They cleaned two rugs, one of which was a 9x12 silk blend. I was not entirely satisfied because one end of the rug appeared to have a different shading when it was returned. Heirloom came back to my house, inspected the run and explained that the rug had pooling and assured me that it was properly cleaned. They offered to take the rug back and reclean it, but advised that it would look exactly the same because pooling is a common problem when silk is involved. I opted to have them move my furniture and reverse the rug, making the problem less visible. Overall, I was very pleased with this company and would definitely use them again. more

Three of my valuable carpets were cleaned by Heirloom. The carpets look amazing, and the customer service went above and beyond. Without going into the whole story, suffice it to say that these guys are the best. more

We haven't unwrapped the carpets yet. We're waiting until we can resolve our cat issue to put them out. The pick up and delivery service was excellent. It sounds like the cleaning went well but I'll let you know when we unwrap them. Thanks for a great service. more

These people are prompt, return calls, have a great process that takes care of the oldest of rugs. Was worried about my braided rug and it came back in perfect condition (less the dirt and smells!) more
