My family has been going to Heinrich for years. The last time I needed to buy a car, I ended up driving to them all the way from Hamburg just because I knew the way they do business. Their staff makes me feel like I belong there, which is something that appeals to me in any business. more

I came in outlined some items I wanted and was met with a smart salesman who ran me through my options with each package I could have, no pressure in the sale either. I was very pleased with this style of selling and would recommend this dealer to anyone. more

My family has been buying vehicles from Heinrichs for years. My first car was a Chevy Malibu which included an extended warranty. I moved to Massachusetts shortly after I purchased it and when I tried to take it to a Chevy dealership in Mass for a minor repair they gave me a hard time about honoring the warranty. I called Heinrichs and told them the situation and the owner of Heinrichs actually called the owner of the dealership in Massachusetts and set him straight! How's that for customer service!! If you want a great vehicle and exceptional customer service the only place to go is Heinrichs! more

Just what I was looking for 9/28/2012

Frankly, I hate buying cars. It's a necessary evil for me. I don't like the process, or the discussion, or the drawn out transactions, but at Heinrich Chevrolet I must say none of this was an issue. I work with Ed Baker, and he not only understood me, but worked with me seamlessly to take my frustration out of the process. I rarely write reviews, but I was so enamored with Mr. Baker's service I felt prompted to find some pulpit from which to voice my distinct pleasure at having worked with him. Furthermore, I got a great deal on my Silverado! A great buying experience. more

Very pleasant buying experience - see Jim Q. 8/15/2012

I had a very positive buying experience from Heinrich, and Jim Q. I was an "internet buyer" which meant my salesperson was on a fixed commission, but he showed me multiple cars, and made a recommendation I really appreciated. He worked through an out of town bank, plate transfers, and hustling to get me my car to get my wife to a wedding... I didn't feel any pressure or upselling on the silly stuff - like VIN etching, and only had the required visit to the service center to meet the staff. Again, very low pressure, very comfortable buying experience, and at a great price. The put options on the car that make sense and people want (like Bluetooth). See Jim Q! more

Don't go to Heinrich!!! 6/28/2012

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I was lured in by a letter from the sales manager suggesting that they could upgrade me to a newer car for the same or lower payments. It was a lie!!!!!!!! They lied repeatedly throughout the time I was there and a ended up paying waaaaaay tooooo much!!! Go anywhere else. Their sales manager Greg Rocklein is a liar!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

We purchased a new Impala. salesman was nice. That is where the good service stops. The service department is a joke. They always have an excuse for car problems or can not see a problem. . . Warranty work! No wonder so many people are buying foreign cars! more

Customer Satisfaction Gaurenteed! 9/30/2010

I recently bought my new car through Heinrich! About 4 years ago i bought a used car through Rob V and he has been checking in since then, sending me mail on service and everything! I can't even think of one thing to complain about. I am so happy with my decision on my new malibu, and the customer service at Heinrich was worth the drive! They get the job done and Rob sure gives you the customer satisfaction you will be looking for! Thanks Heinrich! more

In Buffalo, it's the best Chevy Dealer you'll find. 2/25/2010

I recently moved here to Buffalo, and found the entire process of buying a car to be quite difficult in the area. It seemed as though I was getting jerked around by all of the other dealerships. Heinrich Chevrolet was a little bit of a drive for me, but given the other options I figured it was worth a shot. As it turned out, they ended up giving me the best price on Chevy Silverado. They day after I took my truck, I noticed the cruise control wasn't working in the vehicle. They took a look at it and fixed it the next day. I understand that issues happen, and I was happy that they took car of it without a single complaint. In comparison the your other options in Buffalo, I would have to say that Heinrich is your best bet. Pros: Best Price Cons: Location more

I have bought many cars and trucks at heinrich chevrolet and if you want a good easy buying experience do your self a favor and see Rob Virtuoso . Every time I buy off him I always get the lowest price and best deal. He makes buying a car fast easy and no back and forth. more

Heinrich Chevrolet is the best Buffalo Chevrolet Dealer. 12/10/2009

As a middle-twenty something, I found the process of purchasing a New Vehicle to be rather difficult. Everywhere I went, I was treated like a "kid" who presumably had no money. Heinrich Chevrolet was the exception. From the moment I walked in, I was taken very seriously and I couldn't help but to appreciate that. I was given the service that, in my mind, I deserved. I ended up buying a new Silverado from Heinrich simply because I was treated so poorly by other Buffalo Chevrolet dealers. You can go where you want, but if you're a little younger, and you find yourself running into the issue that I was, head over to Heinrich. They'll take you seriously. The salesman's name escapes me, but keep your eye out for the somewhat heavyset bearded guy. He was very helpful. more

Our Service Consultant Mark Blackowski is at the top. He always performs at 110 Percent to help the customer out. Is always true to his word on what service he performs. Would deal with pleasure in the future with Heinrich Chevrolet for another vehicle with the outstanding class of people and service personnel there. more

Pleased customer 1/13/2009

Heinrich Chevrolet is first class from start to finnish. Have had problems with glen campbell chevy since i purchased the truck new from them. Paul Collins and Dan Ramos with heinrich welcomed me and took care of every problem with my truck. glen campbell wanted to charge over $750 to fix my truck and thanks for Paul Collins making one phone call to get everything done for $350. Big difference and that says customer service and also shows people still take pride in there job. THANKS HEINRICH more

Heinrich Chevolet 1/7/2009

My wife's car had a burnt plastic smell. I called Heinrich and they checked it within a couple of hours and at no charge. I highly recommend the service dept. as every time I have called with a problem it was taken care of immediately. Paul Collins, the Service Manager is top notch. I also purchased my last vehicle at Heinrich after getting jerked around with my previous purchase by Glen Campbell Chevrolet. They gave terrible customer service. more

We had A+++ business experience with heinrich chevrolet 12/28/2008

We recently bought a new cobalt. our sales rep. was Brian Fox. He was straight-forth and honest. He did not b.s. us in any way.He spent alot of time with us, He sure knows his vehicles inside and out. No question went un-answered. We would definitely buy from him again.I understand he is the top sales person!! And the service dept. director Paul Collins was just fabulous with us. We had a minor little glitch with our rear view mirror, he took care of the problem and also we had decorative wheel covers stolen/missing/fell off of the car and Paul replaced them free of charge. We will have no problem dealing with Heinrich in the future. more
