Found a bike listed by Heinen's on Craig list, called to confirm it was still there, drove almost an hour to get there, and the bike wouldn't start. The sales rep stated that it must need a carb cleaning, could we come back in a few days. What? You listing says verbatim: 2003 YAMAHA V-STAR 110O WITH ONLY 8524 MILES! THIS BIKE JUST RECEIVED A CARB CLEANING AND OIL CHANGE! STARTS RIGHT UP AND RUNS EXCELLENT..... Well it didn't start right up or run excellent. Very dissatisfied with our 1st and last experience with this dealership. more

Great service! 7/14/2016

I was on a long motorcycle trip and my back tire needed replacing. I called ahead and talked to Andy who said they could do it Saturday morning. Well, I made better time than expected and arrived late Thursday afternoon. I stopped and checked in, just to see if the tire had arrived. They surprised me and said they could do the job right now! They knew I was travelling, had an opening in the service department, and squeezed me in. Great service! more

Horrible owner a jerk to customers. 4/16/2015

These guys are horrible.Look at BBB many issues with the owner. There is never any parking cause they take all the spots with there new boats and all then tell you to park down the street. I've been sworn at and treated like shit even by the owner. The staff dosnt know what the heck there talking about you mention a part and the only way they know what it is, is to look it up on the computer and then they still give you the wrong part. They also don't honor there online prices. You can go into the store with a part number and amount from there site and they tell you that you need to buy it online to get the discount, but even when you buy online and go to the store to get it they say the inventory online is off and they don't have the part and they can special order it for you but not at the online price it would be with out the discount. Ive been lied to enough from here and treated like crap with other stores near by and cheaper prices almost every i'll shop else where. DONT BUY FROM HERE. more

I have a 1983 Yamaha motorcyle that I purchased used that needed some work. Heinen Yamaha was the only place around that would even look at my bike. They also offer a good selection of new bikes and ATV's along with all the accessories. Winter storage is available as well for a decent rate. more

These guy's were GREAT! Very low pressure they showed me a few choices of bikes gave me the info helped me pick the right one. Not only were they very easy to deal with they were even the lowest priced by ALOT! Most of the time people only write a review when they want to COMPLAIN but i thought i'd be one of the few to write about my excitment!!!!!!!! more

I kinda hate to do it but when u find a place that works for you u wanna keep it to yourself and in the short run that might work but I gotta let it out these guys are pretty darn good and I was treated darn well.... my clutch broke and one of the guys at service really helped me out (major assistance points) no names I gotta keep something for myself ... so thumbs up guys at Heinen s more

AWESOME PLACE!! I am female motorcycle enthuasist and recently purchased a new bike from Heinen's. I can't believe how much cheaper they where on their pricing compared to other TC dealerships!! Heinen's was the ONLY dealership to greet me with a smile and help me shop for the right motorcycle for me. Jim was my salesman, he made me feel welcome to shop there. I had to call him multiple times, and he was extremely helpful each time. I thought I was a bother or just another lady with no clue, but everyone there treated me extremely well each time I was in and called. I recommend Heinen's to EVERYONE!! more

I have dealt with Heinen's in a few different ways. Mostly parts and service. We've dealt with sales, but ended up buying something else since they fit us better. However, we always bring both Kawi's in to Heinen's for service and I'll even wait for parts to come a bit later from them if I'm not in a huge hurry. They've always treated us right and do great work! more
