I have been recently employed by Mona and was fired the day I was to recieve my first pay check. I was told to get my check from ""the office"" where her daughter asked me to sign for a $6.00 check for over 70hrs. worth of work. From this side it looks like Mona has also lost touch with what it is to be honest and didn't display any sense of moral fiber. more

We used their cleaning service this Saturday when our other cleaning company ""NO SHOWED"". We called the last minute and they worked us in. We had two wonderful cleaners show up and completed everything on our checklist. They were pleasant and professional. I would recommend anytime! Heavenly Maid Cleaning Service is a scam! Karissa was sent out to clean my couch today, she spent 20 minutes on it, and achieved NO results. It looks exactly the same as it did before the ""cleaning"". Karissa herself said that the couch looked ""no different"" than before she cleaned it. I called the Heavenly Maid to complain, and spoke to Jennifer. I asked to not be charged for the non-service (because they did NOTHING), or to at least be offered a discounted rate, given that Karissa achieved NO RESULTS. After much back and forth Jennifer said she would speak to someone and call me back. **BUT** rather than calling me back, she simply charged my credit card. (!?!!) Do not waste your time with this company with such APPALLING customer service. I am disgusted by the way I have be treated by them, and feel like they have just stolen $70 from me. This is the most terrible cleaning service I have ever used. I scheduled a cleaning for the bar to prepare our customers for non ? smoking and get the establishment as clean as we could. I hired Heavenly Maid Cleaning Services Two months ago, opened my bar 5 hours later than normal so we could get the bar not smelling to bad like old cigarettes. Throughout the last 2 months I meet with the owner of the company Mona in person and told her what we needed to have done, we also communicated via email several times discussing if we were all set and ready to go. On Dec 7th Mona was all on board and glad when I told them they could start at midnight if they liked. Pros: They like to schedule appointments Cons: NO SHOW!!!! more

I would not recommend that anyone use these cleaners. They ruin household items, do not return phone calls and the cleaners not only show up late, they also don't bring key items to properly clean your home nor do they call and ask to use yours. They just don't do it and charge you full price for a service not done. Cons: Where do I start? more
