New Client at Heavenly Hair Salon 9/9/2011

I went to Heavenly Hair this week and had the finest experience I have ever had at a hair salon. The salon was extremely clean, there was a great deal of talent and friendliness and NO DRAMA. Incredible experience.\r \r I had the wonderful fortune of having Sarah work on my hair. We discussed the plan and she was very knowledgeable with the changes I needed to make. She cut, styled, colored, highlighted and blew my hair dry!\r \r I will never go anywhere else! Sarah is a dream come true! more

Salon & Staff are incredible!!!! 9/1/2011

I had gone to Sarah just to have feather extensions put in & ended up leaving my other salon due to her amazion artistry vision & talent...As she was doing my exensions I expressed that I needed a change-She made suggestions & I really could picture what she was thinking of doing...First appt was a hair cut, second appt. was coloring & highlights and my third appt. was a Keratin treatment...I can't say enough about Sarah - she is extremely talented and has such a great personality!!! The Salon has a friendly, easy going atmosphere and it's easy to get to. So happy I made the switch....Thank you Sarah for understanding how I like being different & unique as well as taking the time to figure out what would work best for me!!! Debbie more

Wouldnt go anywhere else! 7/7/2011

I LOVE MY HAIR!!!! Toni is very talented and I can honestly say that I have found my hair dresser for life! My best friend recommended Toni and Heavenly Hair after a very satisfied experience and this was the first time she was ever happy after leaving a salon! Heavenly hair is the only salon I will let do my hair. Sarah K. has been doing my hair there since she started and never ceases to leave me feeling satisfied. My whole life I had either had my mother do my hair or done my own hair so it has been a real treat to be able to let a talented stylist take over. Over the past year, Sarah has done lots of fun things to my hair including corrective highlights and low lights when I was a blonde who had left her roots go for way too long. She also did other color highlights and eventually for the winter was brave enough to take my hair to a very dark color which looked amazing. Sarah also did an amazing job at putting beautiful pink real hair extensions and multi-colored feather extensions. Since then, having been a very dark brunette, Sarah has done a stunning job at getting my back to the Platinum blonde color I can't seem to stay away for very long. She has given me great cuts leaving my hair feeling and looking much healthier and more beautiful. The salon Heavenly Hair, tucked away off a main st in North Reading is beautiful and has a calming ambiance. The staff is all amazing, the music provides good entertainment while getting your hair don,e they generously provide coffee or tea to their clients there is a lot of good magazines and resources to decide on what hair style you want. With great talent from all the stylists, a very nice environment , good location and affordable prices I would recommend it to anyone with confidence! more

Antonella is a real gem. 6/4/2011

New to the area, and I needed a haircut. I called ahead, and got an appointment with Antonella right away. I'm not a guy who usually goes to hair salons, but I'm glad I did. Antonella treated me very well, we had a nice comfortable chat while she cut my hair, and we even did something a little new with my lid - my wife was pretty excited about it. Very convenient to where I live; I'm glad I found this place, and very happy to have Antonella handling the dome. more

Had an awesome first time experience 5/20/2011

My sister and I decided to go to heavenly hair salon last night. We got a great deal through Groupon (huge plus). Stephanie did both or our hair and did a fantastic job. The girls there are so friendly, easy to talk to really make you feel at home. I walked out of there with my hair looking great and feeling great! Thanks ladies! Go check them out! more

Awesome highlights! 5/5/2011

I've been going to Toni for about 7 years now! (Wow, can't believe it's been 7 years!) I love how Toni does my hair, especially my highlights. However, I was in dire need of highlights and Toni was booked so I grabbed an appointment with Antonella and she did NOT disappoint! I am so very happy with my highlights and will definitely be back to either Toni or Antonella. :) A great salon in a very convenient location for me. I highly recommend it! more

WOW! 5/4/2011

AWESOME! I'm usually never satisfied with my hair, have gone to sooo many stylist...but my search is over! Sarah did foils and a cut, and it is BEAUTIFUL! I felt so great when I walked out of the salon. Now that my hair is gorgeous I will definitely be keeping this up and going back! The salon decor is so pretty, light and airy. It's super clean and made me feel right at home. Great bunch of ladies :) more

Great experience at Heavenly Salon 5/4/2011

Really enjoyed my overall experience at Heavenly Salon. I went to the owner, Toni who was great, she really listened to what I was looking for. Toni spent several hours, trying to get my hair back to were it should be, but much better. I had been doing my own color and highlights for about 2 yrs and Unfortunately it showed. When Toni was done with me I looked about ten years younger and the cut was beautiful. I found my new salon and can't wait to go to work tomorrow to hear what my co-workers think. To top everything off my daughter surprised me and paid the bill as a Mother's day present. It doesn't get more special than that :0) Thanks Toni --- Denise F. more

Great Salon! 3/9/2011

I had been thinking of changing salons for the past few months but was at a loss as to where to go.I needed updating badly but was afraid to make a change. I work in Lexington so I started looking there but did not find anything that looked like a sure bet... all the salons I came across had either very old reviews or reviews that were really mixed and not very encouraging. I decided to search closer to where I live and that is when I came across Heavenly Hair Salon. I took a chance and called for an appointment. I am so glad I did! Antonella was wonderful! She asked me what I was looking for and really listened. She gave me a very beautiful natural foil and a great cut - easy to manage and flattering. She is a very warm and easy to talk to and I highly recommend her! I will definitely be back!! Thanks Antonella for brightening up my week and my appearance :) more

Wanted to be a ""California"" Blonde 3/6/2011

I went in for my 2nd time with Toni and told her I wanted to be REALLY blonde. I told her I wanted to have nearly platinum blonde and have that California blonde look. She totally made my request come true. I walked out there extremely happy. Toni knows exactly what I wanted and made to sure to make it a reality. She is very attentive and pays close attention to detail. I will be coming back again and again! Excellent stylist and awesome salon! more

Antonella gave me a great cut & color. I've been to fancier places as well as less fancy, but the chemistry of the ladies in the salon is what was truly special. My first time there and I felt like I had been a long time client, very welcoming. And I loved when Antonella said ""would you like me to take care of your eyebrows?"" What a nice way of saying - you need a wax! - YES, That is what I am paying for & why They are the professionals! Got a mani & pedi which was also great, she painted her nails with 5 diferent shades of red for me to decide which one I liked best. Luved the honesty and the results!! more

Toni is a ""Keeper"" 1/29/2011

I have been searching for a local hairstylist in my area. I have been traveling to Newbury Street for the past 7 years and one stylist actually processed the color and another stylist cut my hair. I prefer a highlight in my hair and in the past it always turned out brassy. My first experience at Heavenly Hair was Super! The salon is quaint and cozy and Toni is down to earth and very professional. She takes pride in her work and I absolutely love my cut and highlights. I will be returning every 5 weeks. more

Antonella is fantasic!!! 1/8/2011

I have been growing my hair for Locks of Love and was ready for a hair cut. After reading the review, I took the chance and called. I called and said I need an appointment to cut the 10 inches off and do something with the rest. Antonella not only walked me through cutting 10 inches off (I have never been this short) but styled the rest wonderfully. I LOVE IT so much that I made an appointment the following week with her to completed the Keratian straighten process. Her personally is wonderful, it was like having a shrink appointment at the sametime.....Very enjoyable and I will be back the end of March.\r Thank you Antonella!!!!!! more

Can't wait until my next appointment 1/3/2011

I am totally thrilled with this new find . I saw my girlfriend's hair and asked where she went for the color. I had never seen it look so great. She gave me Toni's number. I had my first appointment before Christmas and could not believe how knowledgeable Toni was in regards to color, texture and style. Life Saver!!!! 12/16/2010

Toni just keeps amazing me. My oldest daughter decided to play hair salon and cut up the hair of my identical twins! They had GORGEOUS hair with bangs and most of the way down their back, after my daughter was done with them they had spikes for bangs and chopped up hair up close to their shoulders. I called Toni crying and without hesitation she told me to bring them in an hour. She created a cute little bob on one and an adorable shoulder length cut on the other. She even managed to mostly camoflage their punk rock bangs....thank God for Toni, she truly can do anything!!! THANK YOU!!!!!! :) more

Great new experience!! 10/9/2010

I went to Heavenly Hair looking to blow out my permed boring hair. Antonella sugggested a new color and cut. I left there looking like a new person. I read great reviews about Heavenly Hair so decided to make an appointment with Antonella. She has many years experience in the field. We sat and talked about which cut and color was best for me. I love my color and cut. It's so easy to manage and I have received many compliments since. My husband has told me every day this week how nice my hair looks and, for me, that is the ultimate compliment! The salon is clean & trendy. Not only is Antonella genuinely nice but she is super talented. I will definitely return to Antonella and Heavenly Hair. Thanks! more

The best!!! 9/30/2010

I can't say enough about Toni and her assistant. My hair was frizzy, dry and curly. She gave me a Keratin treatment, the next week I went in for a hair cut. Amazing. I can't tell how wonderful I feel. The salon is soothing and the clients were engaging. Very, very happy. I've stopped looking for a hairdresser. more

Went in frazzled...left with fabulous hair 9/22/2010

I have been searching for a hair dresser for the past year and haven't found one that I liked. I was referred to Heavenly Hair by someone I work with who always looks like her hair has just been done. I called and made an appt but had to cancel at the last minute, I rescheduled it and was very nervous going in. That all changed the minute I walked into the salon, great atmosphere, clean, trendy, and very low key. I met Antonella who put me at ease immediately. We discussed what I wanted my hair to look like and what I was capable of. In the end, I left excited for my next appt. I will definitely be a regular client going forward. Thank you Antonella!! more
