Horrible company and total waste of money. This planner is a fraud who spends most of the time, talking about herself and what she can do, though cannot deliver. She lacks integrity, was rude towards vendors and wedding party members. I have had so many complaints about the horrible service provided, both by vendors, wedding party members, and guests. She lies about what she will do and then tries to push her responsibilities onto other people. She offered many excuses about why she did not complete tasks and attempted to ruin the most important day of my life. I believe that she has paid people to write good reviews in the past, there is no way that she could receive all the awards she has received based on the service we received. It was evident that even her staff feel she is horrible at what she does and are unhappy working with her. I am offended by her the name she chose for the company when in fact she was the complete opposite for my wedding. \r
