Heatwave Heating & Cooling

Our first encounter with Heatwave was when the owner Dan Billingsly came to our house to give us an evaluation of our cooling problem. He was very professional and explained what he believed to be our problem. We were impressed with his knowledge about what was needed for an efficient cooling system.His proposal made a lot of sense to us so we accepted it. A time was scheduled and his technicians Nick, Jake and Tyler showed up promptly and in a courteous and professional matter started to work. They answered any questions we had. There were some unforeseen problems that they immediately took care of without breaking stride and completed the install in a timely fashion. I recently had my furnace and air conditioning replaced by heatwave. The young men, Jake and Tim, were very polite and were very knowledgable. I am very happy with the installations and the thorough clean up. Heatwave is lucky to have these two employees. more

Great business to work with. Fast and friendly service with knowledgeable sales and service men. I would recommend Heatwave to all friends and family for best prices in the area. Called them on the coldest day of the year told them my furnace was not working properly and they were at my door within a hour . Made a temporary fix and had a new one installed within 2 days. Best part is they made sure my 16 month was warm and brought space heaters to warm the house up with and worked quickly to get the job done! No messes and I couldn't even tell they were here.
