Our first encounter with Heatwave was when the owner Dan Billingsly came to our house to give us an evaluation of our cooling problem. He was very professional and explained what he believed to be our problem. We were impressed with his knowledge about what was needed for an efficient cooling system.His proposal made a lot of sense to us so we accepted it.
A time was scheduled and his technicians Nick, Jake and Tyler showed up promptly and in a courteous and professional matter started to work. They answered any questions we had. There were some unforeseen problems that they immediately took care of without breaking stride and completed the install in a timely fashion.
I would highly recommend Dan and his Staff for any Heating and Cooling problem.
