Always Excellent 8/16/2013

I've been using Travis and Heartland for at least 5 years and absolutely love them. I had called another rather large, very well-known company prior and my carpets looked awful. I checked around and thought Heartland would work. From that first moment, they have been fantastic. I tell EVERYONE about them and send as many customers their way as I can. As a mom with 2 teen boys, 2 large dogs and 2 rabbits, I rely on Heartland and they never fail. more

Great Service and Carpets Look Amazing 8/10/2013

I forget the gentleman's name but he has great customer service skills and left my carpet sparkling. We have light carpet and you could see every stain. The wife was disgusted by this and when she got home after the carpets were cleaned, she was ecstatic. Thanks again Heartland! more

House going on the market in days 8/4/2013

I needed 3 rooms and my steps cleaned prior to putting my house on the market. I found Heartland Steam Clearning on the internet after a price comparison between them and Stanley Steamer. The prices their competitor charged for the same rooms were double. Most importantly, I couldnt believe how clean the carpets came out. I was told my a real estate agent to replace the carpet in these rooms. My carpets were very light and they came out very clean. I would highly recommend this company. more

Just in time 7/18/2013

We had an inspection of our academy the day after Heartland cleaned our carpets and some upholstery, they made sure to spot clean, dehumidify, deodorize and took great care of our facility. Our inspection went well and our students are so happy to have a pretty shiny school to work in again! I will use these guys again and even for my home. Thanks Travis! more

Thorough, professional, efficient 7/13/2013

Great experience with this company -- excellent prices drew me in, and superior job will keep me. Technician was on time, answered all my questions, got out stains beyond what we expected, left our home otherwise untouched. I cannot believe how much better our carpets look! Wish I had done this years ago. more

Amazing customer service 7/10/2013

Me and my wife were very pleased with the work done and the professionalism of the guys that did the work. I thought we would have to get rid of our couch after how badly stained it was but after the guys came it looks and smells new! Ill be having more work done by these guys in the near future more

Great work 6/17/2013

Randy arrived right on time and did an excellent job on our very challenging basement carpet. Spots are absolutely gone and everything looks practically brand new. We've used Heartland before and will continue to do so. more
