Healthy Home Heating & Air did a good job. Everything is working well. They were pretty honest in their estimate as well. It is new equipment, but hopefully we will get some good service down the road if needed. So far everything works just fine. They are prompt, honest, and they kept the area clean. more

I have lived in my house for 9 or 10 years and in all the time I have been here, I have always thought there was maybe a problem with hot and cold air leakage, possibly from the windows. Our heating system was never quite right and we were never really comfortable here. Healthy Home Heating & Air installed a great new system upstairs and downstairs, and got the airflow and everything dialed in. And, it is like a new house. I am a very satisfied customer. The installation itself went well. As a homeowner, you are always concerned that contractors are doing what they say, but they were very accommodating and they answered all of my questions. They took time to explain things to me and they made sure I was comfortable. If not, they would show me what they were talking about. This is a significant investment, and I did not have to put a system on both floors. But, after speaking with them, I went with the variable speed system, and the house is now very comfortable. My wife and I have no complaints. more

I would categorize Bill as very responsive. Not only was he responsive to my needs, he was also got back to me in a timely fashion. Whenever I reached out by email or phone, I received a response almost instantaneously. Anytime I have had any issues, either during the inspection or when they were working, Bill has been available. Over all, it has been a very solid experience. Not only was the estimate fair, the products they use are high quality. Bill was willing to work with me on the price, and I think we settled on a fair price for quality work. more
