Poorest Customer Service 3/11/2012

Soooo disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this facility. After attempting to run down a Membership Specialist (who was the only person who could tell me how much the experience would cost and what experiences were included in membership), I was asked to wait for more than an hour to speak with anyone with no literature about the experience to review. I had visited twice before and a Membership specialist was not available, but no one could tell me what the person's hours were nor could they make an appointment for me. Extremely disappointed with the level of regard. more

Not Worth the Price 3/9/2012

Yes, the facility is a nice one. But my experience there over the last year has been largely negative. The staff is so rude sometimes (I was actually shocked at some of the things that I heard from them), and I really struggled in getting rid of the automated membership payments, even though my contract with the gym was over (!). It just wasn't worth the money. more

Unrivaled 6/19/2007

This gym is above and beyond any other I have EVER worked out at. It's beautiful-- all new (or at least new-looking) equipment that actually works, fantastic locker room and more amenities than some hotels! I only wish it was on the opposite side of Rt. 9 so it would be easier to get to from my house ;o) more
