healthpointe is a great place to come with helpfull people in a time when things are very tough or painfull. The Dr.'s are very thoughtfull and helpfull. Although one Dr. I came across was very rude and I think he should retire and it was after lunch and I think he was drinking. other than that great place to heal. more

The Ontario Healthpointe employees have been outstanding in their customer follow-up and diligence in making sure my needs were met. The employees performed above and beyond the needed requirements by constantly inquiring from the doctor what was needed to ensure my treatments were timely. The staff has been very friendly, taking the necessary time to thoroughly explain directions, showing understanding when asked questions and explained in terms that I could easily understand. more

Garden Grove: Very friendly staff. Nice service. Felt very comfortable around them. Like how the physical therapist treated me and helped me through the exercises which where a pain in the butt. Overall a very professional environment. Recommended to anyone who needs physical therapy done. more

HAving weekly PT at Ontario HEalthpointe, Friendly Staff. Well Knowledge in PT needed for injury I have. Times for appoint are very flexible. Home PT very informative with helpful pictures n well written instruction. more

I have been seen in this office in Corona since the date of my accident (10/24/13) and am very happy with the service they provided to me. To mention a few professionals that I can remember at this time, I can start with Ms. Rebecca Chavez who has always been very courteous with me. Other professionals have also been nice and professional such as Danny in front desk, Dr. Lopez, Dr. Mc Murray and Dr. Doshi. Need to mention Joseph too. I am a regular here at Garden Grove and I must say I love this place. The beautiful girls in the front know me by my name and already have my paperwork ready even before I walk through the door. Jason is my man!! He deserves a raise and I have been saying that ever since I came here! This staff is very professional and very fun to be around. They get me in and out real fast so I can go home to my lovely family. Thanks Garden Grove! more

I attended the Perris office. My first visit to the facility, I had difficulty finding it. I had the correct address but the address did not conform to the name on the building out front. There should have been signs posted out front directing patients to the back of the hospital.\r \r The staff is great here. I know I had the best therapist. Gil Torres is the bomb. He helped me tremendously. This was my third time around with physical therapy and I have never felt like this before. His assistant Ashley greeted me every time with a warm welcome and a beautiful smile. Both Gil and Ashley were very professional. more
