The Ontario Healthpointe employees have been outstanding in their customer follow-up and diligence in making sure my needs were met. The employees performed above and beyond the needed requirements by constantly inquiring from the doctor what was needed to ensure my treatments were timely. The staff has been very friendly, taking the necessary time to thoroughly explain directions, showing understanding when asked questions and explained in terms that I could easily understand.
