I'm giving my review 3 stars purely on the strength of the doctors at this clinic, they can't be beat. \r

However, the communication aspect for the rest of the staff (receptionists, nurses, etc.) is awful. I've been on hold for as long as 20 minutes. Calls are rarely returned, prescriptions that are supposed to be called in frequently aren't. Just awful customer service in that regard.
