Health Dimensions Pharmacy

This pharmacy told me one price for my prescription ($43), which I had to prepay over the phone because Health Dimensions was not an ""in-network pharmacy"" covered under our insurance. Then without my knowledge charged an extra $101 to my bank account 3 days later because they had made a mistake with the original price! Seriously??!! The gave us double the dosage that my son was supposed to be taking (double dosage means double charged!), which is a huge mistake with a child's seizure medication! As a group of them went into the back room to discuss this screw up, they were talking loud enough for me to hear and were trying to blame this on me somehow. I don't know if this is normal practice for them to do to their customers, but I know that I will never fill a prescription with them ever again. more

For those people who need custom made prescriptions, finding a compounding pharmacy that will take care of you is important. I have experienced what Health Dimensions has to offer and I highly recommend it. They treat me with dignity and respect and are willing to bend over backwards to make my experience a pleasant one. These people helped me when I was in need. They were very helpful and kind. They did everything they could to make this hard (never had to go to a compounding pharmacy) experience easier. They addressed all my concerns, (what is this? how come my insurance won't cover this? etc.) I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in my family. Thank you Health Dimensions. more

I had to depend on this compounding pharmacy due to it being the only one in the area. I had such bad time with them the couple of times I used it for myself and my family that I finally go to another pharmacy about an hour away for servicce! I always had called a couple of times to clarifiy a few medical issues adn concerns with my rare meds. They always gave inconsistent things, changed their infomation from person to person, issued wrong dosage and medication at times due to mislabelling information! HORRIBLE SERVICE! I try to tell everyone to be careful of this pharmacy if you have to use them, recheck all the info with your clinic/doctor and check the labels/dosage when you pick anything up from this pharmacy.
