I WAS a client of the owner Sandy, until I realized just how awful this salon is. The salon is extremely dirty, and I witnessed mice droppings and mice traps everywhere! It was disgusting! I got extremely fed up when Sandy was late to every appointment I have ever made. If you make an appointment there, plan on waiting at least 30 minutes until you're taken in for your service. The prices were outrageous for the quality of services. It was not worth my time or money. They were very unprofessional and broke many health labor laws; they didn't wear gloves, they re-used waxing tools on numerous clients and they wore open-toed shoes. All of the stylists including the owner were drinking a lot of alcohol.. How can you do my hair in good quality when you are practically drunk? It was obvious that the stylists didn't get along as they were arguing with each other in front of all of the customers, including me! I watched one of the stylists leave her client in the middle of doing her hair to smoke a cigarette. She did this at least 5 times. When she came back she reeked of cigarette smoke and the whole salon smelled awful! One of the stylists was stomping around complaining about how much he hated his job. He even called the salon a "hell hole." It was very unprofessional and uncomfortable. This place is a joke and I DO NOT recommend anyone to go there.
