I came in for service and left with a new car... 8/3/2013

I brought my car in for service and while I was waiting decided to take a look at the new Tuscon. I worked with Tim McCardle, who immediately created great rapport with me. I enjoyed being able to work with an honest Chrstian man on my car deal. I went ahead and worked the numbers. The dealership was fair and met my requests. I was out of there in less than 4 hours. Overall, it was a great car buying experience!! more

Backed up warrenty 7/24/2013

My transmission had to be replaced which they did without cost.. and provided a free overnight rental.. of something goes wrong it shoud be corrected and they did! more

Tried to replace parts when replacement not needed. 7/15/2013

I feel like I was being ripped off. They told me drive belts needed to be replaced. I had the car serviced recently at my reapair shop that I've been going to for over 12 years. I took the car back to my regular mechanic. They told me and showed me that all was good. more
