Very helpful people 1/23/2012

Seen a vehicle online on the hawkinson website and called and inquired. I wanted to see the vehicle in more detail but was a long ways away so it wasn't real easy for me. I called and Steve Shubert took a detailed video inside and out of the vehicle and showed me everything I wanted. This kind of going above and beyond is what customer service is all about. He then proceeded to call and answer every single one of my questions and was very helpful. I greatly appreciate all the help that I received from Hawkinson Nissan and Steve Shubert, I wish all car dealerships could be like this. more

Great place to buy 1/18/2012

Go to church with an employee from here and was referred to Steve Shubert. He was 100% open and honest about everything and made a very pleasurable car buying experience. Gave me a great price up front and gave a lot of bonus things that no other place I have heard of offering before. Buy your next car here more

Nissan Versa....great car 1/14/2012

Was in the market for a new nissan versa. They had a demo I wasnt interested in but they gave me a really great price on a new one. I got a new one for the same price of the demo. They did everything they could to work with me and help me out. Steve and Tim really came through big for me! more

my experience at hawkinson was great, my sales person adam kern was very polite by helping me walk through the icy parking lot and he held the door open for me...a true gentleman. he worked with me during the purchasing process and made it a stress free experience for me. i was just looking but i ended up buying a brand new 2012 altima due to the dealership's great service more

I knew steve shubert before going to hawkinson so went in there just to see him. He gave me a great deal and will be sending anyone I know over to him. If you go to hawkinson, ask for steve. he will take care of you and give you a great deal more

Shopped online for a new rogue and got quotes from 9 different dealerships all competing to earn my business. Got the lowest price and most incentives from Hawkinson Nissan. Me and my husband just traded our 2009 Altima for a 2012 Altima. We have been long time Nissan fans, they really do make the best vehicles. We have been coming to Hawkinson for awhile as well. Hawkinson is very helpful and fair and I have always had good experiences with their service department. Steve was our sales guy, he made sure to get us the best deal and was very knowledgable. more

Terrible 8/9/2010

We went to go look at a used car that they had posted online, and our salesman, Greg was no help. He rolled his eyes when we asked questions, and did not take us seriously. We let them test-drive our car so that they could give us a trade in value. Greg’s boss, Brian, parked our car over the parking barrier, so that when we pulled out to leave, it tore the bumper off of our car. They have refused to admit to this mistake, and will take no responsibility in repairing our car. Brian even said that the owners do not care about our car, and will not pay to have it fixed. With an experience like this, I will never go to this dealer again, and I will certainly never buy a Kia. more
