Went for lunch. Although the restaurant was almost empty, the wait for a couple of sandwiches was way to long. We joked they had gone to kill the cow, the chicken and pig.\r When our food finaly came, it was awful .Service was horrible as well.\r The whole place is overrated more

Havana Harry's Kendall (Worst party room) 1/4/2012

Customer beware!!!!! These people will give you a contract to signed and pay up front. That is b/c they will ripe you off at the end and take no responsibility. I had a party and the service sucked. I found out after the party that the beverages were not offered to my quest, I had ordered sangria and that is what they push on my guest (In order to ran a tab). When I called to complain the manager was very unprofessional. She said that the owner would call me and that never happen. They have lost more in the long run, b/c they lost me and everyone that I could get this message across. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU SIGN A CONTRACT WITH HAVANA HARRY""S. They know how to screw you over!!!!!! more

I'm still too staggered by the price of their Palomilla steak (which should be brought to you on a flatbed truck, it's so long), to write a review properly, for Havana Harry's.\r \r For less than 9 bucks (NINE!), you get a thinnish, but extremely tasty palomilla, which to my mind, is where Cuban restaurants go to live or die. Get that wrong, and it doesn't matter how your tostones taste like.\r \r Havana Harry's may have weathered booth seats, and an ambiance which resembles an awkward high school reunion, but you cannot fault its food, its prices and location(s). \r \r Plus, they speak English!\r \r PS: Best Cuban cafecito in Miami, next to Versailles. Sorry La Carreta. more

Great Cuban Fare and Very Family Friendly 12/3/2010

We love Havana Harrys -- the whole family, and of course all of our out-of-town guests. You have to try the Vaca Frita -- it's definitely the best in town -- believe me -- I try it whenever we venture to another Cuban restaurant and am alway disappointed. You simply can't beat it at Havanna Harrys. Frankly, we've never a bad meal or a complaint from any guests we've brought or those we recommend. The service is always friendly and the environment warm and welcoming. Great for the family and extended family -- after all -- it's family owned and operated!! If you are looking for GREAT Cuban food -- Havanna Harrys is a must!! You won't be disappointed!! more

AMAZING CUBAN FOOD! I'm Cuban, therefore i should know about cuban food.\r This place is wonderful. The vaca frita tastes amazing! TRY IT! The service has always been fantastic and i truly have no complaints. \r The portion of food in Havana Harry's is extremely generous. We always take more than half home. \r I recommend this place to all! more

We went with a group of 7 to the Kendall Dr. location and it was a great expirience. Even the 2 cuban guys were full of praises. the salats are gigantic, the beef flaverfull and juciy, the pork out of this world. Don't forget to order dessert: Better than heaven.\r Well worth the calories. more

Without a doubt the best Cuban food in all the USA specially the "Vaca Frita" wich my wife love it, me I could eat the "tostones" every day, Nieves and Arturo the owners are great people and allways making sure the costumers leave with a smile in their face and a full stomach. more

Just about everything they make is excellent, but i especially like their Palomilla Steaks. Also I like that their food is never greasy and always has the right amount of salt to make it taste good, but never salty. more

This place is really good. The service can sometimes be a bit non-optimal but I find that at many of my favorite resteraunts anyway. The bottom line is the food is excellent. I recommend you try it out for yourself. You MUST order the 'Vaca frita de Pollo"". You cant go wrong. I dont know if they still have the snapper in mango sauce which I used to have all the time until I tried the Vaca frita de pollo but that is great too.\r Nice place. Highly recommended. Pros: great tasting food Cons: none really more
