i had a appointment for a one hour massage but was in and out of there in 45 min and my massage therapist already had another one waiting.I paid for an hour massage. This also happened to 3 of my girl friends. For that much money i want 60 min! Ill go to the massage school next time! more

Not worth the money 8/3/2010

Today I paid 60.00 for a pedicure and the lady did not even give my big toes a second coat of polish. She did not even paint the whole toenails withthe top coat. As far as how it looked-I could have done much better myself at home. Will not go back. more

Bad Customer Service 12/31/2009

I booked an appointment ahead of time received a $5.00 gift coupon. The coupon had the date of my appt on it. In person at the salon, I changed the appointment date and time to another date, because I was having my picture taken by a professional photographer and I wanted to look good for the sitting. At that time the Lead Ass istant, didn't tell me that my coupon was not going to be honored because the date was changed. I kept the appointment and presented the card at check-out. They wouldn't honor the card. They said it was up to the stylist to honor. They went to ask her and Carissa said no. I asked for the owners phone #. When I spoke to Bobbie Hausfeld she said, "it's our policy not accept the coupon if the date is changed on the card." Well, Bobbie, if that's your final answer, I wont go there anymore. $5.00 is a big deal for someone on unemployment. I thought you acted haughty and high horse on the phone and your tone of voice sucked. Now you folks know how the owner acts. What good is it to patronize a place where the customer isn't treated out of courtesy? Dont go to Hausfeld's. The Owner needs all the money she can get. more

Relaxing Spa 12/20/2005

I LOVE the atmosphere at Hausfeld's. They have a nice sitting room with a fountain and soft music playing throughout. You first change into a soft robe and slippers while you wait. I have had a couple of day packages here that were wonderful. I have one to use and I can't wait to use it!! more
