Very nice restaurant. Figure about $60 a person for drinks, fixed menu, with desert and gratuity. Up it to about $100 a la carte. Very nice service and food was very good although small portions with fixed menu. Would recommend and will go again albeit will try regular menu next time. I frequently eat at notable Mahattan and Westchester restuarants and I have to say Harvest is my favorite restaurant ever! I have ordered pretty much every plate on the menu and have never been dissapointed. Last summer their soft shell crab special was the best plate I've had there yet and I hope to see it on the menu this season. I also highly recommed the skate. It's like butter! With a beautiful decor of high wood ceilings and large hanging paper lanterns it is fresh and classy and with the spectacular views of the Hudson river - you can't go wrong. more

I had heard that Harvest on the Hudson was an enjoyable place to dine and all about the garden where they grow many of the vegetables they cook with but until I finally got there last night I hadn't realized what a truly wonderful hidden gem this restaurant is (I say hidden because I live in Northern NJ and typically cross the GWB for great dining not the Tappanzee Bridge). \r \r I loved both the interior AND exterior design and they have a solid menu and excellent service. We started with Lobster Ravioli as an appetizer (which I highly recommend) and our entrees were Tuna which was coated with tempura and came to us rare as requested (you can get it seared as well minus the tempura) and a ribeye steak which was of very good quality. \r \r We dined inside but took a stroll outside through the gardens and walked out on the grass watching boats on the Hudson. I look forward to going back and taking one of the many relaxing outside tables for leisurely dining in the maze of the garden. THe restaurant was upscale casual which I love.
