This was my first experience having to bring a car in for repairs after an accident. I had an appraisal from the insurance company, but no other knowledge to work with. From the beginning, Lauren was very helpful in explaining how the process would work, and assisted with all of the details including making a reservation for me with the rental car company. She determined that the car did not need all of the work estimated by the insurance company, so I actually saved money. I am very happy with the quality of the work, and the little extras (touch up paint on the hood and doors even though these were not the areas that were damaged in the accident.) I would not hesitate to recommend Hart's to anyone needing work done. more

Great people, great service! 8/2/2012

Recently I got rear ended. I had no idea where to get my car serviced or even where to start this process. After spending an entire morning on the phone with insurance companies and not getting anywhere, I went to Hart's. Laurie was nice enough to communicate with the insurance companies for me, Alex and Mike educated me on what services my car needed and gave me choices with each step of the way. They even detailed and washed my Jeep for me. They are a family business and are just genuinely great people. They even switched over my car seat and installed it for me. I would highly recommend this company and will be going to them for any car repair in the future. Thanks! more

Great job, very professional, excellent service 7/2/2012

Hart's Collision did an excellent job of replacing our bumper. Not only does the bumper look great, they washed the car and the whole car looks great. From the time that I first walked into the shop, it was evident that they place a premium on customer service. Everything was explained in detail and with excellent follow-up communication. Work was scheduled quickly. We dropped the car off in this morning, they dropped us at Enterprise, car was ready at 5:00 as promised. Couldn't ask for anything more. more

Highly recommended 5-star auto body shop!!! 5/3/2012

Meticulous attention to detail. Outstanding workmanship, done in a timely manor. Even with a delay by my insurance company, my vehicle was still ready as promised. Excellent communication and genuine friendly service. Got my car back cleaner then when I brought it in! Thanks Alex, Mike & Lori .. great job well done! more

I was very pleased with the service and the communication with me. It was my first time of every dealing with a major car repair. I've driven for 45 years and never hit a deer or had any major damage to my car and I was very aprehensive about having my car in the shop. This is the second time Alex and his staff at Harts Collision have repaired my car and I couldn't be any happier or more pleased with the service and results! My car looked absolutely terrific when I picked it up and Alex and Laurie are professional, trustworthy, and friendly and are wonderful to work with in every way. Alex and Laurie and they really care about their customers and take care of each detail including providing me with a thorough and accurate estimate, dealing with my insurance company, driving me to pick up my rental car, keeping me informed regarding the progress of the repairs, finishing the work on my car much faster than I expected, and calling me as soon as my car was ready to pick up. My boss highly recommended Alex and I will also highly recommend Harts Collision to everyone I know. Thank you again for taking such great care of me and my car. more

Alex was recommended to me by a co-worker and I couldn't be any more pleased. The work was done in just days, the service was given with a smile, and the professionalism was beyond compare. They also dealt directly with the insurance company, removing a great headache from me!! The work is beautiful...the car looks better than it did before the accident! Thank you Alex and Laurie. My daughter's Acura suffered extensive front end damage and we never thought it was going to be the same again. After bringing it to Hart's collision it came back in better condition than when we bought it! Their service is fantastic and their work is even better. It's great to know there is a place where you can trust the people to do a great job with your car. When I brought my car in I was down on my luck - after a 20+ years with a clean driving record, I got in two accidents within a week. There was a lot of damage and I had the nuisance of submitting two claims. Alex took over, helping with the rental and making the process go smoothly and without hassle. Best of all, when the car was finished it looked as good as new! Impeccable work and thoughtful customer service. Thanks guys! more
