I had a doctor who was just flat out rude, mumbled and couldn't act more disinterested in my needs. When I asked to switch doctors, they gave me a hard time about and and I had to ask three times before someone, as I found out later, pretended to want to help me switch. Their saving grace: Sarah Saunders, physician's assistant. \r I'm switching practices, they're just rude, short and every interaction I've had has been sub-par or worse. more

Xcl'd My Appt 4/25/2006

Due to the road name change- directions were incorrect. I called to alert them I was lost and was on hold for 10 minutes and it took 3 people to figure out how to direct me from Franklin St. I arrived 13 minutes late and was turned away! This was for a yearly physical and I had fasted since th enight before- the time was 1:43pm. more
