Harris, Howard, Md - Methodist Hospital

I can't stand this hospital! They did npt know what they where doing! The nurse that was caring for my 1yr old daughter had catherized her in the wrong place(vaginal area) instead of the right place. Duh!! Even a dummy would know about that. This is also the same hospital where several babies were given the wrong dosages and died. I do not recommend methodist hospital. Wishard. Let's not go there! more

I underwent a heart cath as an outpatient recently. All of the staff I interacted with were very professional, courteous and kind. What I really liked was how each individual introduced themselves, stated their title and what their role was in the procedure. Everyone was conversational in a sincere way, not in a way that it seemed like a requirement.\r The facility was clean and all personnel appeared to wear the proper personal protective gear, including masks and gloves.\r The only minor suggestion I have is to offer the heart cath patients something to put under their knees while having to lay perfectly still for two hours after the procedure.\r I was also very impressed as to how small the puncture wound was in the groin, how little discomfort there was associated with it and how quickly it healed.\r Thank you to all for a job well done! more
