'm very happy with my car! 6/15/2011

The Salesman we had was very good, not pushy. I'm very happy with my car! I thought my loan was going to be with my credit union for 3.9% My loan ended up being with Alaska credit union for 4.9% When I asked about it at signing he said the difference was only a couple of dollars and not to worry. I should of changed it then so it is my fault to, it's left me with a slightly uncomfortable feeling. As I mentioned before I would of liked 2 sets of keys for my car, they couldn't find the second set. Don't know if now cars only come with one set of keys. Seems strange. more

Agree, agree, agree!!! Harris Ford in Lynnwood is definatley the place to go for great Customer Service and car shoping! I was very impressed with the patience and knowledge of the staff. I didn't feel rushed to make a hasty decision, and in the end felt very comfortable that I had made the right one. Thanks so much to Justin Sloane for helping me find exactly what I was looking for and needed. I've never felt so comfortable about my decision. I am loving my new 2011 Escape... Couldn't be Happier! Thanks again Justin and Harris Ford, keep up the great work. more

When I bought my car at Harris Ford it was the Best Experience possible... Ron Logan was the best salesperson I could have asked for... Honest with integrity.... my kind of Guy.... Thank goodness there are people like him working for this company... I will recomend Harris and Ron Logan to my friends and family again and again!!!!! Thank you to the Harris Ford Family!!!!! more

I hoping to purchase a new Taurus and stopped by Harris Ford. Unfortunately, we were unable to find a car I liked and could afford. However, working with Vince N. was a pleasure. He is a young salesman who was trying his best to find a car for me. He was checking inventory in the area and called me a few times with various options. No extra pressure from him, just sharing with me what he would find. I was sorry we could not put a deal together as I would have loved to buy a car from Vince. more

Impressed me 5/26/2011

We filed for bankruptcy a few years ago and needed to get a better vehicle. My wife and I first got a 2007 Focus from them in Nov 07. A year later we got a 2006 Freestar for a 2nd vehicle from them since they took care of us before. In Oct 10 we went back again to get a 2011 Fusion and today got my wife a 2011 Focus. Each time we were treated great and worked not only to get us in a vehicle but go the extra mile to get our credit better. I can not see myself buying any other vehicle than a Ford and going to anyone other than Harris Ford. I know noone can make everyone happy all the time but going 4 for 4 with us. We have dealt with Nick, Dan and Caleb. I am not one to "like" dealerships or salesman but they changed my impression about buying a vehicle and I will continue to go back everytime! more

Pleasantly surprised 5/25/2011

After weeks of looking at vehicles and having experiences from annoying to downright awful at a number of dealerships, my husband practically had to drag me to Harris Ford to look at a car. I had pretty much had it with dealerships and did not want to deal with another car salesman. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. The sales person was not pushy or patronizing and did not waste our time with the usual back and forth sales pressure. The Sales Manager actually listened to us when we told him what we wanted and what we were willing to pay and both he and the finance manager were very patient and understanding with all of the questions I had. Thanks to everyone at Harris Ford for making my car buying experience as easy and painless as possible. more

All positive experience 5/24/2011

My experience has been all positive with Harris Ford. I typically deal with Bob Hoffmann in the fleet department and he's a no "BS" kind of salesperson. Shoots a fair and competitive price, let's you know what's in stock and how long it takes to get it. My wife purchased her Mustang from Bob, as well as my last two trucks. Good business person to have in the industry. more

The whole experience was pretty painless 5/23/2011

Look, buying a car at a dealership is a lot like going to the dentist... a necessary evil. But I have to say that before I went there last weekend, my opinion of Harris Ford was pretty bleak.But I have to tell you that our salesman (Tim) was actually great to work with. Yes... you have to filter through the BS but the bottom line is he is good at what he does. The whole experience was pretty painless. The problem is (as with any dealer) you just aren't sure if you got the most righteous deal or not, but my wife was thrilled with her new car so that makes it worth it. more

The guy who does the loans was great he even ended up finding us a lower interest rate and payment like he said he would try but my husband and I thought yeah right but he did, days later we heard back from him and we gladly went back in to sign a new contract with a lower payment and intrest rate which impressed us that he kept his word. more
