Wellness Center Review 11/17/2011

The Wellness Center is an excellent place, quality, professional and courteous personnel especially the fitness staff. The place is always clean and the cafe prepares tasty and nutrious food. My only suggestion is that management needs to stay current with new equipment more

Very good experience 11/12/2011

Everything about Harmony is excellent. Lars is calm and attentive. I fell asleep after he inserted several needles for my trigeminal nerve pain. The constant pain I'd had for three weeks disappeared.. more

First Time 10/30/2011

I went to Harmony my first time last week. I didn't know what to expect in regards to results. I actually was having a hard time eating and drinking. Following my appointment I was actually able to do a little bit of both. I have already scheduled 2 more appointments and will be going regularly. more

The service is very friendly and comfortable. Put me at ease right away. I am a sceptic; but, I finally went. After 30 years of pain in my hips & back I am much better! Go figure. Who woulda thunk it? Dr Lars is good! more

The center is well maintained , clean and very comfortable. I will have my third visit in a week. The chairs where the treatments are done are perfect.Lars who is responsible for my treatments is very kind and put me at ease right away. It is a very relaxing forty five minutes and it has helped me already. more

Pain relief 10/6/2011

I found the center clean and well decorated in a relaxing tone. The masseuse, Karen, was attentive and had good listening skills. I would highly recommend her to anyone for massage therapy. Maki did acupuncture and also was a good listener--something that is essential in the healing arts. The treatment was painless and relaxing. I have taken acupuncture treatments before but this is a much nicer setting that is small and intimate--no rush to get to the next patient!! more

A source of soothing and healing energy 9/16/2011

Wonderful staff and affordable! 9/11/2011

I have had massages at Harmony by Karen and she is great. I recently began having acupuncture by Lars. It is very affordable and Lars is extremely skilled in his chosen specialty/art. I would encourage others to go to Harmony to get great treatment and gtreat results. more

This is the most affordable and reliable acupuncture place you can find in North County. I have been helped tremendously in my frequent headaches and as a result, reduced to a bare minimum the use of pain killers. Lars is very knowledgeable in his field and his personality lends a peace to this place. His idea of communal treatments helps a lot of us who do not have insurance for these alternative treatments. more

affordable and highly effective acupunture treatment 8/29/2011

Receiving acupuncture treatments for several conditions (cartilage around thumb joint has worn away due to kind of work I've done for 20+ years, hormonal imbalances, allergies and migraine-related issues. I've exp'd major help with pain in thumb and how I can use it again in the work that I do Have also had major relief regarding the other concerns. Offered affordably, so I can regularly schedule appts (1x or, often, more per week) that help me maintain optimal, consistent results. more
