First Time Acupuncture 7/14/2012

I was pleasantly surprised at the low key first meeting with Lars and intro into the community treatment room. Amazingly - the "needles" didn't hurt! The atmosphere IS soothing and restful.. High blood pressure is now a thing of the past and ear ringing is diminishing as we continue to "work" at doing the impossible (as my kids say) - "calming me down." I could have used acupuncture at least 35 years ago - but better late than never! I And I'm calmer NOW than at any other time in my adult life! more

Wellness & Healing 6/21/2012

I began treatment with Lars in April, 2012. At the time, I had experienced several months of painful allergic skin reactions. Having been to traditional medical doctors left me frustrated with only temporary relief. Since seeing Lars on a weekly basis, my allergic skin reactions are completely gone. The Harmony Community Wellness Center and its practitioners focus on wellness, healing, and self-empowerment of body, mind, & spirit. Your center radiates positive energy! Thank you. more

Superb! 6/17/2012

Due to the demanding acts of my profession I am constantly looking for ways to reduce inflammation and pain in my joints. Lars has a gentle approach and is one of the best L.Ac. that I have been to. Thank you Lars and Maki for providing such a wonderful center! more

Wonderful life changing treatment! 6/2/2012

I came to see Lars when I was experiencing a lot of anxiety. I was so stressed that I had picked my fingernails until they were all sore bleeding stumps. I am now feeling much better and love going to treatment where I feel such a sense of serenity and relaxation. Lars is amazing and he is so kind and skilled with his treatment. Don't be afraid of this it has changed my life and I have brought two different friends and my mom here. It has helped all of them. more

They can help with so many heath issues My son has a concussion and Dr.s have not been able to help his head akes but they r able to improve his head akes every week I have digestion problems and breathing issues and since I have been there it is improving can't wait to go next week and watch my body heal more

Highly recommend Harmony 5/18/2012

I have been a regular patient of Lars for two years now. My tinnitus (ringing in the ears) requires regular treatment and the pay plan at Harmony makes that possible. A bonus is my reduced blood pressures, allergies and other stress related maladies. more

I have found a place in Escondido where I can find incredibly skilled practitioners of acupuncture who are also compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. Can't wait for my next appointment, and I'm definitely trying their yoga classes and any Qi Gong classes available. Wonderful place!! My new oasis of peace in North County. more

If you want acupuncture help with health problems I highly recommend Lars as he is an accomplished and kind practitioner. The setting is peaceful and the cost is affordable so you can come often enough for the treatment to really work for you. more

I have had acupuncture before my experience at HCWC. I enjoy the one hour sessions of relaxation and peace. After three sessions I am feeling less tense and way less sore. If you have ever thought about giving acupuncture a try, this is the place for you! more
