Harman's Certified Collision

I got in an accident recently and went out to get estimates. It seemed like no one really was listening to what my needs were. I went to Harman's and they not only listened to me but they went the extra mile to detail my car and fixed an extra dent that wasn't even part of the accident. I hope I don't need any more body repair but if I do I'll go to Harman's for sure. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing more

I got in a car accident a couple years back and went to the shop the insurance recommended. Big mistake. I ended up having nothing but problems and had to go back 3 times to get things fixed afterwords (things I thought should have been easy to spot color mismatch). I still don't think it's quite right but I gave up on it.\r \r The next time I got in an accident I called my dealer to see who they recommend. They recommended Harman's Certified and I am sure glad they did. It was a whole different experience. The biggest difference was that Harman's seemed to be on my side, (not the insurances). Everything went great, everything looks great you can't even tell that the car was in an accident. No wonder the dealer uses them.\r \r Pros: My car looks great!! more

I have two teenagers which can be hard on our cars. However, Carl at Harman's Certified Collision has been great to us and has always investigated every solution for our needs. The most trouble I ever had using Harman's was when we had a major accident and we went through our insurance. My insurance company wrote an estimate using aftermarker and reconditioned parts as well as they missed a lot of damage. This slowed the process down, but in the end Carl made sure they took care of all of the damage and he put OEM parts on my vehicle.\r I recommend Harman's Ceriified Collision Repair, I have used their services for many years and will continue to do so. I took my car into Harmans after an accident. They told me it would be ready in a month, 4 months later I finally got my car back and there were tons of mistakes made. The door rattled, the winshield wipers were out of place, the alignment was way off and they even connected the wiring harness wrong. After all this, we took the car in to the Dealership to get it fixed right and they told us we were lucky we hadnt driven it any further, because the car could have caught on fire while we were in it! \r I called Harman to get the status on my car, and all of my calls were unanswered! I went in to get an estimate for repair of my hood, which had been dented in a minor accident. Because it wasn't latching properly, it wouldn't pass the Safety Inspection; and since I'd just spent $2000 repairing the emissions problem, I wasn't looking forward to another expensive repair. \r \r I had planned on getting several estimates, but Carl and Chantal were so friendly when I walked in the door, and after looking at my car, Carl said he thought they'd be able to repair the latch without having to do major body work. They fixed it then and there for a fraction of what I had expected to pay. \r \r Not only that, but when Carl himself gave me the estimate for the body work and took the time to talk to me about what would be involved and where I might be able to save. There was no pressure, no sales, just straightforward information that I needed. I will definitely return there when I have the money to do the major body work.
