My wife was looking for a used Harley to start riding again after 20 years. I found a Dyna WG on E-Bay and CoolSprings HD website and emailed them with an offer. Got a call from Marscha who was very helpful, knowlegable and made a deal. Drove from Illinois to pick up the bike and Marscha and the entire staff were very friendly even helped with our hotel accomodations. I would definately recommend this dealership. If I am in the need of another bike , I'll surely give them a call. Pros: Great website and E-Bay Store! Good selection used bikes Cons: Distance from Illinois! more

I have been all over the area in every H-D shop and these guys are the best in town. Just down the street is another ""Harley "" shop called Tennessee Custom Motorsports and they are complete idiots. Cooll springs is the best shop around. Pros: New owner blows the doors off Tn. Motorsports more
