Great mechanical service 3/12/2015

5 stars easy for fixing a not so average problem within one day. the reason for 4 stars is customer service i felt wasn't as good as it could be. I know they are probably busy but when the service was done i didnt get a call that my vehicle was ready. that would be my big negative. and something to take into consideration is i may have inquired about it before they could have called me. more

Not biased, just honest repair done right 2/3/2015

Just because my vehicle has 340,000 miles some places would treat it carelessly, but Harlan Auto takes care of my vehicle like it has less than 100,000. They keep this truck in great, safe condition for me, I would find it hard to trust anyone else. more

Tow In 1/19/2015

Took my truck in and fixed it with just a phone call from me at work. Kept in contact with me letting me know what was wrong and what it needed to fix it. My only suggestion is that a manager or mechanic come out when a customer picks their vehicle up to explain what was done & answer questions. more

Harlan Automotive backs up their work. 12/20/2014

I have been a customer of Harlan Automotive for several years, Their work has always been great. This time there was a problem with an electric window motor they replaced. No problem for me they worked with me to get it fixed and charged me nothing. Excellent job, Excellent service. Thank you. more

TOP NOTCH SERVICE !! When 4 local shops in Paducah wouldn’t help me, I had to go out of town to Murray. Harlan’s in Murray said “Bring it in; we’ll take care of it for you.” No other automotive repair shop can compare to Harlan’s quality work, customer service and price. I will use Harlan’s from now on; even if I have to drive further to get there. more

Great! 10/23/2014

Dropped my car off in the morning to get a power window fixed. It was done at 11:15 and they came and picked me up on my lunch break to get my car. Had my car back by 11:30 with the window working! Great people, great job! more

Great service and pleasant staff 9/11/2014

I chose Harlan b/c I waited weeks for a callback from another tire service company in downtown Murray and never heard from them. Harlan immediately responded to my request for a quote and service/product offerings and got me in the very next business day. And my visits dropping off and picking up the vehicle couldn't have gone smoother. Would HIGHLY recommend. more

  • Mike Harlan, owner of Harlan Automotive, is a graduate of Calloway County High School and Murray State University. His passion for cars began when he started working on his own 1973 Chevrolet Camaro, which ultimately led to a full-fledged passion for all things automotive and the opening of Harlan Automotive in 1991. Seven years later, Mike expanded the business and found Harlan Automotive a new home at 408 North 4th Street in Murray.
