Travis arrived right on time, put booties over his shoes and followed us as we guided him to where the furnace was located. He proceeded to take measurements and assess what the problem, or problems might be. He was friendly, professional and took the time to not only show me where the problems were, but explained in technical (and non-technical) language what steps were necessary to make repairs. He used pictures on his cell phone to show me what bad (worn out) and good (new) parts look like. He gave us an invoice for the service call and an estimate for the repairs. He was a great ambassador for Harker. They're lucky to have him.
