I talked to Jeff on the phone and I told him about the car I like to get!! I just drove down there to Noblesville and everything almost done in the first day after checking on the car and taking a test drive which was Saab 9-3. Year 07!! It was good to know the place!! more

Good: Jim Callahan...my sales rep. He was great! He listened to me (which I have found out is rare in his business) and explained everthing clearly. I needed a Chevy and my wife wanted a GMC which they do not carry. Jim respected what my wife wanted and let her drive a couple of SUV's that he had in the same category that she was looking at with GMC but never made her feel pressured. Jim is my new guy. Anytime we need a car that his dealership carries it won't even be a question where we go. Thanks Jim.. Other: My wife and I ended up buying 2 different cars simultaneously from 2 different dealerships. Would have bought both from Jim Callahan at Hare Chevrolet but my wife had her heart set on a certain Buick and Hare does not carry that make. It's not the facility that is bad...it's the staff. I felt as if the service dept. was giving me a hard time over repairing my vehicle that was still under warranty. They are not friendly and just not very respectful. I will not be returning and I will be going elsewhere to service my vehicle. more
