I was a little bit dissappointed with the fact that I have to pay pretty high interest due to my lack of credit, though my credit isnt bad. It was listed as no credit. I was financed in house and I will have to pay high payments bi weekly. But the sales person I worked with, did a great job overall and did his very best to help me out and lower my payments the best he could. I recommend talking to Chris Parker if you ever consider buying a new or used car. He is very friendly, professional, and courteous. He will also do his best to help you find a car within your payment scale. Though like me it may be a little high but it is affordable. Was lied to from the first contact with this business by a Kevin Richardson stating he was the finance manager and had gauranteed financing for us. Then was passed from four different people when we did arrive in the business, stating everyone was to busy for us. Our credit was shipped out to over five banks after we asked them not to do this. Our information was given out to another dealer while we were sitting in this dealership. They called us Then we left upset and called back to speak to a manager in charge, Francis led us to believe he was the manager of the business on duty. He lied to us also then screamed at us on the phone then hung up on us.We lost over $125.00 of our money for a bunch of lies. more

I was treated with the utmost courtesy and care from the minute I contacted them online. I walked in the door at the dealership and was immediately put at ease by everyone I came in contact with. My salesman, John, even took the time to introduce me to others and gave me superb customer service. I have never in my life been treated so nice by a car dealership. He actually came in on his day off (his birthday no less) to complete my sale and the paperwork. I felt like he really cared about my situation and cared about making me a good deal. If you are in search of a vehicle I highly recommend Ty. I was looking at a 2008 Acadia and Ty did a GREAT job in trying to get the price where I wanted it to be but it just did not work for me. I told him I was going to hold off and if anything became available to please call me and the next afternoon he called me to let me know that they just got a 2009 Traverse and he thought that I would really like it, which I did and did purchase the vehicle from him. I have as well as my other family members bought cars from Ty and he is a very honest,fair salesman. I will not work with anyone else other than Ty. Everyone is very nice and professional at Hares but I am very comfortable with dealing only with Ty. He always goes above and beyond what is expected of him and I truly feel that he is a great asset to Hares. I have never dealt with a car salesman that remembers things about your family as well as your likes and dislikes in a vehicle but I have found this in Ty and it is a great feeling to know that he goes out of his way to do the best he can possibly do for you.
