Bad Customer Service 6/29/2005

I stood at the customer service desk at Hardings for 10 minutes once, while two workers chatted with each other about how horrible their jobs were. And as I said, this was at the CUSTOMER SERVICE desk. It really disgusted me, and I was completely unsatisfied with the service. I still shop there, simply because it's the only grocery store near my house, but I try to shop elsewhere when I can. more

The Typical Supermarket 6/28/2005

Hardings is an average supermarket. Nothing that makes it exceptionally great, yet it hasn't done anything horrible. Their employees are a total mixed match! At the deli counter I had the sweetest worker; checking out I had a really nice cashier. Yet a worker shoved past me muttering "excuse me" in an angry tone later. I wish they hired more of the friendly, younger workers. more
