****BAD SERVIVE*****DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!! I had a major tune up and timing belt replaced on my vehicle here. When I picked it up it ran worse then when I dropped it off. Management said how do I know it didn't run like this when you brought it in. Had to argue and bring the vehicle back three different times vehicle never ran right again. Again do not take your vehicle here! They are Hackers that use Hatchets. more

I was waiting for my car to be smogged and another customer drove in. An elderly lady complaining about her car making a noise. She said it was rattling from the front as she drove and another mechanic told her it needed an axle. The mechanic that was doing my smog told her to drive forward, and then back up again. He then pulled off the hub cap and took it into the shop. A minute later he returned and put it back on, and told her to pull forward and back again. Noise was gone. He told her the cap just needed to be tightened, and wished her a good day. A large amount of mechanics would have milked that lady for an axle job without flinching. He came back to finish my smog, which failed. Seeing how honest he was with the lady I left my car the next day and he was able to get it to pass smog by doing a simple tuneup and replacing a few hoses. That was years ago and I have dealt with them since and have never been let down nor felt ripped off. Pros: Honest, reliable more

I have been doing Business with Harder Automotive Repair for over 15 years and found them to be very reliable, friendly and treat me and my cars in a very professional way. This place is no good a bunch of backyard mechanics. I went there to have a repair and went back several times to have the repair repaired over and over and over. Not worth the time or money, they don't know what they're doing so stay away. more

I had a really bad experience with this place\r This guy you take your car for a reparation. You pay him $400 - $500 and he gives you a warranty stating that the labor and all the parts have warranty. Once its done, and you come back next day telling him that the car makes noises after he fixed it, he says that he doesnt have time to check it. He is reallyyyyy rude. He only says ""I DONT HAVE TIME"" he doesnt even say sorry or something....And if you get upset, he starts saying ""GET OUT FROM MY BUSINESS"", and he points at you and stuff...HE IS REALLY RUDE...I was going to demand him for bad threat to the customers, TRY TO AVOID THIS PLACE IN ANY WAY....
