Terence and Hardco understand that if you make money, then they make money and manage the properties as if they were their own. Incredibly responsive, honest and and they bring more to the table than typical management companies. Trust me, I have tried a number of companies in Memphis. Some were really cheap and lost sight of the bigger picture.
