Great service department, local, informative staff. The sales people are very helpful, they are more consultants then sales people. Went in to purchase a personal computer, i ended up buying pc's for the office, server and all my networking equipment. The sales person informed me of a 1 year warranty they have on parts sold, no need to deal with vendors for RMA, this is huge and very different then big box stores (which usually provide you with a 7-30 day warranty), no hassle. I consider them to be the only store left in this area that have it down to a science. these guys are great! Thanks for the great service and great hardware!!
Pros: Local shop, informed staff. they try to get close to online pricing when asked.
