Overall Harbor Towers was a satisfactory place to live. The views are great. However, management was very difficult to work with. They were always rude and not at all customer friendly. Everyone I spoke with in the building seemed to agree. For the price I would recommend checking out other buildings in the area. Keep in mind also that this is a VERY touristy section of town.
