Harbor Inn Seafood

Harbor Inn Seafood Restaurant always has fresh crab legs. They come right out of the shell. Actually, I haven't tried anything that was not good. I tried the lemon pepper catfish this week. It was wonderful. We had a new waiter who very good, Justin. more

It is very greasy! You can smell and almost feel it on your skin when you walk in. Like all the years of frying seafood has set into the dirty carpet. Good service. But it could do with a major over-haul inside and out and especially the menu! more

My wife and i stopped for the first time yesterday as we were travelling . It was the best Seafood restaurant ever!!! I like Red Lobster but Harbor Inn has them beat !!The serving sizes are amazing ! You will have to take boxes home with you . The wait staff are the friendliest I have seen . It is a clean Family friendly place . I wish they were in Richmond! Any one that doesn't rate this place highly definitely has a problem.Go try them ,well worth the money . more

The service is always great and we love the food ! It's always hot and fresh, and the waiters & waitresses always keep your drinks filled! Wait staff and managers are always polite and attentive to guests at this restaurant. I won't go anywhere else for Seafood! If you want great Seafood at reasonable prices, I Highly recommend this restaurant, you won't be disappointed, unless you just don't like Seafood! <3 <3 Pros: My entire family loves it! Cons: Just have to drive from Bedford, wish we had one here! more

Harbor Inn is pretty good. Stays very busy and its a restaurant where the staff is always on the go. They are nice, but very quick with getting what you need. The price is very reasonable. more

It's hard to get good seafood this far west in Virginia, but Harbor Inn has some of the best the state has to offer. Very good reputation in the community too. Go on the weekdays as it can get very crowded on the weekends. Good prices too! more

This restaurant has the worst service imaginable. Last night, due to the absolute lack of service I tried to pay for what I had eaten, only to be told by the owner that I had ordered a meal (3) and they all had to be paid for. I refused, the owner called the local police, while my wife paid the bill (another mistake), and was questioned by the police. The police said it was not their concern and that the restaurant had its rules and that I had abide by them. Having owned a restaurant in the past, I have never heard of a customer having to pay a bill for lousy service or poor food. Out of the blue, our meals were brought to the check out counter, in take out boxes. My fault.............eating greasy awful seafood that clogs every artery you have was not the best idea for a dinner out. more
