just ordered pizza and bread from Happy's on Telegraph in Redford and it was awful, It was very dry and it seemed like I was chewing leather. I just moved in the area but love the Happy's in my old neighborhood. This is my 2nd time ordering from the Redford location the 1st time the pizza was great as usual. \r

O.K. so I know a restaurant has it's bad days so I figured this was one of them and give them a call. They passed the phone around to 3 people for me to explain this story to and the last person says hold on let me put the cook on the phone???? The cook?\r
\r
I end up on the phone with a guy named Omar who says he is the manager and has an attitude because I am complaining about the pizza and says well what do you want me to do Mam? Hello first of all say I'm sorry? He says that I'm the 1st one to complain about the pizzas and they have made 500 today and that they are very busy. He then says bring the pizzas back and I will replace them, still no apology this was about 3:10. \r
\r
I called him right back and said that was O.K. He says well what do you want me to do because I can't give you more pizza without you bringing those back, I told him just forget everything at this point with his attitude I really wouldn't want anything they have cooked. I said I just know not to order from them next time and he says I have my best cook cooking the pizzas we have the same recipe and sauce then he says well you came to pick the pizzas up late it took me 20 mins. \r
\r
I told him regardless of when I picked them up they still were very dry and not tasty. I also said that I have picked up a pizza and ate it after it's been sitting for 5 hours and it tasted better than that. He then says well I can't replace the pizzas I can put a couple dollars credit on your account. Omar still never apologized needless to say I won't be going back there again and it's not because of the dry pizza, but Omar's unprofessional dry attitude.
